Cancellation Policy
Prohibited Items We do not accept the following materials in the bag: - Hazardous waste - Oil or gasoline - Paint - Fluorescent light bulbs - Flammable materials Important: If any prohibited items are placed in the bag, they will be removed and left at the pickup location. Additional Fees Certain items carry an added disposal fee and will be added to your final invoice: - Mattresses and box springs - Electronics (TVs, monitors, computers) Bag Placement and Use: The bag must be placed in an accessible area for pickup (e.g., driveway or curbside). Overloaded or improperly loaded bags may result in additional handling fees or the inability to collect the bag.
