Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements - A valid credit card must be kept on file. - A refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your trailer rental. - Bookings must be made at least three (3) days in advance of the requested delivery date. Prohibited Items We do not accept the following materials in the trailer: - Hazardous waste - Oil or gasoline - Paint - Fluorescent light bulbs - Flammable materials Important: If any prohibited items are found in the trailer upon pickup, they will be left in your front yard for your disposal. Additional Fees Certain items carry an added disposal fee and will be added to your final invoice: - Mattresses and box springs - Electronics (TVs, monitors, computers) Trailer Use & Liability - The trailer will be delivered with a tire lock in place. - The client must sign a waiver agreeing to be fully responsible for any damage to the trailer or towing equipment while it is on their property. - Client accepts full liability for improper loading, misuse, or unauthorized moving of the trailer.
