Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements: Light demolition jobs (shed removal, deck removal, hot tub tear-out, etc.) must be scheduled at least 5 days in advance. Site inspection may be required prior to confirming service. Prohibited Items: - Demolition involving hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) is not offered. - Hazardous waste, flammables, oil, and gas materials cannot be removed. Liability Notice: Client must sign a waiver acknowledging responsibility for any property damage during demolition if safe removal areas are not properly cleared. Additional Fees: Additional disposal fees apply for oversized structures, concrete, brick, and heavy debris requiring specialized hauling.
